Contact and project inquiries:
If you contact me by e-mail or through the contact form, I may process your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, project information and any other information you voluntarily provide. The information is used to respond to your inquiry, communicate with you and prepare a possible cooperation. The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for general inquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Project delivery:
If a cooperation is agreed, personal data required to carry out the agreed project is processed under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Legal obligations:
Where legal obligations relating to invoicing, accounting or taxation apply, the relevant information is processed under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

3. AI Avatars, Digital Twins, Voice and Project Materials

Project materials provided by a client, such as photographs, videos, audio recordings, texts, presentations or other materials required for the agreed production, may be processed as part of a project.

The consent of the person whose image or voice is used is required for the creation of a personalised AI avatar, Digital Twin or voice representation. Where the technology provider requires additional identity verification or consent, this must be completed by the person concerned.

Where biometric data is processed for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, such processing will only take place where the applicable requirements of the GDPR are met, including explicit consent where required.

4. Hosting, Technical Data and External Service Providers

When you visit this website, technically necessary information such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser and device information and server log data may be processed. This processing is used in particular to ensure the secure and reliable operation of the website.

External service providers may be used for hosting, video delivery, cloud services, forms, AI technologies or other digital services depending on the website function or individual project.

Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this will only take place in accordance with the applicable GDPR requirements and appropriate legal safeguards.
