2. Purposes and Legal Basis We process your data for the following purposes:

• Communication & Service Delivery: Processing of name, email, phone number, and provided media (including audio/video for AI production) to handle inquiries and fulfill orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR for biometric data).

• Legal Obligations: Processing of billing data for accounting and tax purposes (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

• Legitimate Interest: Ensuring website security and technical optimization (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

• Consent (Cookies): Traffic analysis via optional tools (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Recipients and Data Transfers Data is accessible only to essential technical providers (hosting, AI technology, and analytics). Transfers to the USA occur strictly under the EU Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention Period Data is stored only as long as necessary: for the duration of communication or the contract, media assets for the duration of production, and accounting records as per Slovak statutory retention periods (10 years).
