PROJECT TERMS & USAGE RIGHTS

1. Collaboration and Project Proposal

Neural Hacker focuses on B2B video and content production for businesses, brands, professionals and agencies.

Clients first submit a project inquiry and provide basic information about the project. Based on the scope, complexity and intended use, I prepare an individual written proposal specifying the price, delivery time, scope of work, number of revision rounds and usage rights.

A project becomes binding once the individual proposal has been confirmed in writing. Confirmation may also be provided by e-mail.

These terms are intended for B2B projects. Any cooperation with private consumers will be handled separately.

2. Pricing, Payment and Production

The price of each project is determined individually based on its scope, complexity, required deliverables and any additional services.

Payment terms, any required deposit and payment deadlines are specified in the individual proposal.

Production begins once the project has been confirmed, all required materials and consents have been provided and, where applicable, the agreed deposit has been received.

If a client cancels a project after production has started, work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs may be charged according to the work performed and the conditions specified in the proposal.

3. Project Materials, Digital Twin and Voice

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and provide materials such as texts, logos, photographs, videos, music or audio recordings.

A personalised AI avatar, Digital Twin or voice representation requires the consent of the person whose image or voice is used. If the technology provider requires identity verification, a consent video or additional consent, this must be completed by the person concerned.

No personalised avatar, Digital Twin or voice clone will be created without the required consent or verification.

4. Production, Delivery and Revisions

Delivery time depends on the scope and complexity of the project and is confirmed before production begins.

Unless otherwise specified in the proposal, one revision round within the originally agreed project scope is included.

Significant changes to the script, concept, visual direction or project scope after production has started may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Late materials, approvals or feedback from the client may result in a corresponding change to the delivery date.

Clients acknowledge that generative AI technologies may produce visual or technical variations and that identical reproduction of a generated result may not always be possible.

5. Usage Rights and Project Files

Following full payment of the agreed fee, the client receives the usage rights specified in the individual proposal.

Unless otherwise agreed, standard usage includes the client’s own website, organic social-media channels, presentations and company communications.

Paid advertising, broadcast, resale or other extended commercial usage is agreed according to the individual project.

Music, stock materials, fonts, AI platforms and other third-party elements remain subject to the licensing terms of the relevant providers.

The agreed final output is delivered to the client. Project and source files, prompts, templates and internal workflows are not included in the standard delivery unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality, Portfolio and External Services

Non-public client information and project materials are used only to the extent necessary for the relevant project and are treated confidentially.

Client projects are used publicly as portfolio work, showcases or case studies only with the client’s prior consent.

External AI, cloud, video or audio services may be used in production. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy information published on this website.

Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed in the event of technical failures, changes or restrictions affecting external services outside Neural Hacker’s control.

7. Individual Agreements and Legal Framework

Terms specified in an individual written proposal or agreement take precedence over these project terms in the event of any conflict.

For B2B projects, Austrian law applies where legally permissible and agreed as part of the project. Terms for international cooperation may be agreed individually.

Until commercial activity formally begins, project inquiries and discussions are used to prepare potential collaborations. Binding paid projects are confirmed after commercial activity has commenced.
